Ranga Kanthadai, managing Director

Ranga joined J. Wood Capital Advisors in May of 2021, and partners with the team to help companies carefully evaluate capital structure and help guide them through the execution process, from start to finish.

Prior to joining J. Wood Capital Advisors, Ranga served as a senior member of both the J.P. Morgan Equity-Linked and SPAC Capital Markets teams in New York. He has specific structural expertise across various equity and equity-linked alternatives and wields a breadth of experience in convertible and SPAC executions. Ranga has worked with companies across industry verticals, ranging from technology and healthcare to clean energy and consumer & retail. Ranga is excited to partner with companies directly throughout the capital raising lifecycle.

Ranga holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University, which he received while working full-time at J.P. Morgan. He is a FINRA Registered Representative holding Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
